Hiya I got a email earlier to say that my parcel has been delivered and I went outside to see if it was on a doorstep and it wasn't there .I then went back to the email and saw somebody else's hand in it that was me at all so I was wondering if there was something you could help with as that was the rest of my money and really needed new Jean's.

She has tried to contact hermes and to no avail. If you contracted a company to handle your deliveres , certainly your customers should not be made to suffer because of your unreliable delivery company.stay clear

I sent an item back at the beginning of October and provided them with the tracking number. It got delivered a few days later at their UK warehouse, but on the returns section on the website it says it hasn't arrived yet.

I sent them a message through this website but heard nothing back yet. It seems to be impossible to contact them.

I've spent ages trying to contact them. Their items seem to be very hit and miss too

My daughter placed an order, delivery was attempted but taken to Royal Mail's sorting office as no-one home. Royal Mail (England) have confirmed in writing, the package was given to someone else, not my daughter.

We therefore require a refund.

Royal Mail have confirmed this request needs to come from Romwe. How do I contact them?
